All buyersmust pay for the vendors:

• Legal fees (£495+VAT)
• HIP costs

All buyers must be able to:

• Complete within 28 days
• Provide proof of finance

Each property has a fee of 2% of the purchase price and we supply the vendors solicitor

For any offer better than 16% below market value our fee will reduce to 1%

1st Time buyers welcome, but must have a mortgage offer in place.
